What this notice covers
This notice applies to personal data used for one-to-one outreach relating to the GRACE: Plain & Simple website, essays, and associated book project.
What personal data I use
I may process:
- your name;

- limited notes needed to record whether I have contacted you, whether you have replied, and whether you have asked not to be contacted again.
How I obtained your data
I obtained your contact details from publicly available sources relevant to your role, such as your church or organisation’s website, published directories, or other contact information made available for ministry or organisational contact purposes.
Why I use your data
I use this information to make relevant one-to-one contact about GRACE: Plain & Simple, including its website, essays, and book project, where I believe the material may be of interest in a church, ministry, or Christian organisation context.
Lawful basis
Where I lawfully process work contact details for this purpose, my lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely introducing a theologically focused writing and book project to people working in relevant Christian ministry or organisational roles.
In using this basis, I aim to keep the outreach limited, relevant, respectful, and easy to opt out from.

I do not sell your personal data.
I may share data only with service providers that help me run my website, email, or records, where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards.
How long I keep your data
I keep contact details only for as long as reasonably necessary for this outreach.
