I do not seek to collect private personal information for outreach purposes.

I may use limited work contact details to make one-to-one contact about GRACE: Plain & Simple, related essays, resources, and book projects.

Where I lawfully process work contact details for this purpose, my lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely introducing theologically focused writing and book projects to people working in relevant Christian ministries or organisational roles.

I aim to keep this contact limited, relevant, and respectful.

I only keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or to maintain a suppression record where someone has asked not to be contacted again.
